On Tuesday, September 7th witness one of the greatest culinary minds of our time waxing poetic on a subject near and dear to his heart. The Harvard School of Engineering & Applied Sciences welcomes world renowned chef Ferran Adria to Cambridge to participate in Science and Cooking: A Dialogue. Joining Adria for this in depth chat will be author Harold McGee (On Food and Cooking), chef Jose Andres and Harvard professors Michael Brenner and Dave Weitz. Although free and open to the public, this event will be ticketed so make sure you get yours by heading over to the Harvard Box Office. The lecture begins at 7:00pm but you'll want to get there early to make sure you get a good seat.
