The Bristol Lounge Brings Back the Bubbly Bar

The Bristol Lounge picks up where Aujourd'hui left off, bringing back the popular weekly Bubbly Bar. The evening of effervescence makes the move to Thursday under the direction of wine director Jason Irving who'll be picking some of his favorite sparklers - champagne, prosecco, cava and sparkling wine are all eligible - and pouring them for just $10 a glass. Pick a little something from chef Brooke Vosika's bar menu - lest all those bubbles go to your head. You can share a flatbread pizza or the trio of French fries (truffle, barbecue and sweet potato) or order oysters on the half shell from the raw bar.
