UpStairs Welcomes Hirsch Vineyards

The fun-loving ladies of UpStairs on the Square, Deborah Hughes and Mary-Catherine Deibel, are gearing up for an evening of great food, fabulous wine and scintillating conversation when David Hirsch of the Hirsch Vineyards and Winery comes to town. Hirsch, who brings a wealth of knowledge regarding boutique wines, will also have with him an assortment of wines, including his latest Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs. Chef Steven Brand, not one to be outshone, will concoct an equally impressive five-course feast to match the evening's drinks. The tasty event, scheduled for Tuesday, March 16th, begins at 6:30pm in the Soiree Room and costs $68 per person - call 617.864.1933 for reservations.
